Return Policy and Conditions

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the original ship date for most merchandise. Certain restrictions apply to the products listed below. Please check through for more detail. After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty applies and no returns will be accepted.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from  and is required for ALL returns. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable.

We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer or to prorate the credit.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact. All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables & accessories must be included. We inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.

30 day money back guarantee does not apply to special orders or volume orders.

 

Incomplete Shipment


1- Please confirm weight at time receiving from the carrier. If there is difference in
 please get signature from carrier , and take pictures of shipment before opening.

2- Send us detail description of missing items, and condition you received your order,
along with missing service tag/serial number.

3-If possible hold the shipment so we can send inspection company to access the claim.

Damaged Unit:

If any pc is damaged please send us serial number of the item and report with in 3 days of receiving
shipment. You will need to send unit back we will send replacement with next shipment. If we don't have 
replacement we will issue store credit.

Non-Working Unit:

If any items received have technical defect, that can't be resolved locally, please send us serial number
of the item and report with in 15 days of receiving shipment. You will need to send unit back we will send 
replacement with next shipment. If we don't have replacement we will issue store credit.


Payment Terms:

We ship all order on receiving payment from customer. If paying by check/bank, please send us copy of payment confirmation so we can start packing your shipment. It will speed up delivery time.


Delivery Time:

Upon receiving the payment by our bank, we immediately ship your order with economy service, and shipment reach you with in 3-4 business days. For quicker shipment please ask for express service, additional charges will apply.


International Orders:

We can only ship order to countries legal do business with USA. We expect same from our customers,
they will not re-export to country which are not legal to do business with USA, or sell any party who is not 
allowed to buy from USA. If we find out other wise we will not process the order and will close the account. Any payment recived will be returned.

Authorization:

Some product may require special authoriztion from manufacturer before sale. So please check with us before placing your order.
